Before you wander through our little corner of beauty, wellness, and feminine rituals, we ask that you take a moment to become acquainted with The Swan Standard. Think of it as our house etiquette. A few simple notes to keep every Swan experience lovely, transparent, and graceful.

The Swan Journal

Everything shared throughout the Swan Journal including beauty rituals, wellness practices, opinions, routines, recommendations, and personal experience reflects my own personal thoughts and experiences. What works beautifully for me may not work exactly the same for everyone, and that is perfectly alright. Every Swan has her own rhythm.

You are welcome to try a ritual or routine I personally enjoy, but please use your own judgment and listen to your body and individual needs.

At this time, The Swan House does not offer refunds or exchanges. We want you to choose your treasures thoughtfully before placing your order. However, we understand that occasionally a package may arrive damaged. If that happens, please dont panic, simply let us know.

Damaged Arrivals

If your order arrives damaged. please contact us as soon as possible with clear photographic or video evidence showing:

The damaged packaging
The damage product
Your order information
Any visible damage that occurred during shipping

Please keep the original packaging until we have had an opportunity to review the matter. If the damage is verified and approved by The Swan House, store credit may be issued for the affected item.

Store credit is provided at the discretion of The Swan House after reviewing the evidence submitted. A photograph or video does not automatically guarantee approval.

Our little House is built with care, and we want every order to receive the attention it deserves. Shipping times, processing times, and carrier delays may occasionally vary, Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delays causes by the carrier are outside of The Swan House's control. Please make sure your shipping information is correct before completing your purchase.
